Maybe a dumb question, but are the 18" spiders the same size front and back, in terms of offset etc? Will be having both offside wheels referbed and just want to make sure whether it matters what tyre goes back on what wheel.

The wheels have the words FRONT and REAR cast on the back of the centre section, so easy enough to locate.

Laser Tam - Through the spokes, at the front you can get your fingernail in the gaps between the hub and the alloy; and at the back, your finger. But the alloys are stamped front and rear which you can see when off the car.

Cheers chaps. Hopefully the tyre fitter can work that out all by himself, but I may just check smile

They don't fit the wrong way round, it will be obvious if you put a from on the back!

Fitting my new locking wheel nuts today I realized something seemed odd. Remembered reading this and it turns out I have 3 rear wheels and only 1 front! More expense for my new toy but well worth it.
