One day I might live somewhere with a driveway and if I do, I like the idea of having a fun little classic for short journeys to the shops and weekend errands etc. Something cheerful and in a bright colour. This appeals:

Ah yes should have been can't. I suspect the main problem is they came to prominence around the time the Atom started to gain popularity / was featured on Top Gear thus sending people's toy budget towards Crewkerne rather than elsewhere in the West country.

Was trying to be helpful. The original link didn't work for me. So thought I'd add a working link.

A very good customer has done exactly that. He runs a Continental GTC/Cayenne/Macan for the normal day to day stuff (all white, all 3 digit & one number consecutive plates, very neat when parked together), but also runs a white Doris for sunny days, trips for the morning paper and coffee runs.

Even had a garage specially built for it: guess who knocked it up wavey
