Beds owners. Could anyone lend a hand?

Good afternoon,

My year 2000 Tuscan needs a new lambda sensor. Also, the speed sensor needs a bit of a clean as the speedo isn't registering anything and is intermittantly erratic.
I work all week and it seems most Saturdays and so I am unable to get my car down to a garage. Would anyone be able to help me change the lambda sensor?
I live near Biggleswade in Beds, I make a superb cup of tea and there will be some beer tokens in it for you. I will do the job myself, I would just need some help.
