Where to go outside Europe with 3 young kids

I am looking for ideas on where to take the Mrs and 3 kids on holiday this year. The kids will be 7, 5 and 18 months. We are looking for somewhere outside of Europe around the school holidays in October. Due to vouchers the holiday has to be booked with Thompsons or one of its sister companies.

At the moment we are thinking about Mexico to playa del Carman. We have been to Cancun before without the kids so sort of know what to expect. We have also been looking at Florida and other places like the Maldives.

We haven’t been outside Europe without all 3 kids yet so looking for ideas.

Not sure the Maldives is really for kids. You don't mention a budget. Dubai / Oman for a beach holiday in October ?

Maldives works brilliantly with kids, if you choose the right resort and you have the budget.
