Yes, compared to the others for sale, on CC, it seems like a relative bargain.
It's especially easier on the wallet, than this one:

For that silver car, I'd say the ad is one against the restoration firm, considering how much of the owner's money they threw at the car (unless they started with a pile of st). What's more, the wheels are not Compomotive split rim, the rear arches seem too smoothly integrated into the body shape, and I would expect the paint to be PERFECT!
