Hello,
This is my first outing on Pistonheads. I am looking for some help. Can anyone tell me how to correctly connect up the leads that connect the plugs to the distributor cap? I had them off last night, I did mark them up to ensure correct and easy refit this morning. Unfortunatley, due to a mishap involving our youngest,the labels came off and now I am left not knowing which ones go where! I have the haynes manual but I cannot see any help on this other than "first mark the ht leads to ensure correct refitment"!! Can anyone help?

ADDENDUM:- I have just cleaned the leads up with a bit of rag and petrol.....to my relief I see the the leads actually have "1" "2" "3" and "4" marked on them. Luckily I had marked the same on the distributor cap and rocker cover so hopefully all will be well!
