Samsung Spares

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction? I have a Samsung TV (nk)) which until yesterday was in prfect as new condition, however a shelf came down depositing my B and W Zeppelin (which is now junk), onto the TV.

The bezel has smashed on left side although the TV works fine. I am trying to track down a new bezel and am drawing a blank. I have mailed Samsung UK but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? I have tried partsmaster to no avail

I would contact Bowers and Wilkins regarding the Zeppelin. They may be able to do something with it for you. As for Spares for a Samsung I would be doubtful. Not really in their interest.

I'd just look for a complete 'spares / repairs' set on Ebay and use the bezel off that.

I think you'll be lucky to get cabinet plastics from Samsung.

It's a shame it didn't break the screen as then you could have just claimed on your insurance. Maybe it could all fall down again?

What is the model number of the set?
I can get you the part number if it's any use.

I broke the glass stand on my Samsung and got a replacement on eBay quite easily. The tv is about 6 years old too
