Those that still frequent these pages after selling their Chimaera, what did you change to?
Another TVR? Something similar, something sensible?
What hits the spot after Chimaera ownership? driving

ou

I`m just thinking what you can get for the same price as a decent Chimaera .

If you have more money to spend what about a late 2009 and after 997 .They are a better car

Ruled out 911's haven't got the budget for the properly quick newer stuff and older stuff, from the drivers seat looks too similar to my Boxster, and the new stuff seems to be falling off a cliff value wise, not a great 'investment'. wink
Thinking of keeping it British but just wondered what others have moved on to, especially as there's no 'new' TVR's now. frown

I was another (one of several I expect) who went to a Boxster 'S' for 12 months. But I sold it and kept the Chimaera in the end. smile

Yes it had a nice sound (not quite the V8 rumble of course) but it was only marginally cheaper to run than the Chimaera and was still depreciating too. Had a lot of niggly rattles and trim problems that, would you believe, the TVR doesn't have.
