Precast concrete contacts?

Old friend of mine works for a European concrete chemicals company and they are looking to expand internationally, but wants to try and have a chat with some ME precast concrete manufacturers to see what the market is like before they put in a huge effort of setting up a local branch etc.

Does anyone have any contacts or work in the industry?

Precast is not that big over here mainly sued for roads and stair cases, only recently being used for mass villa projects.
