Now that Dubizzle charge 200dh for a car advert (and more for bells n whistles) where is the next place to advertise a car for a cheapskate like me?

Cheers

Ebay (Always your best bet)
Friday Ad (free or dirt cheap)
Facebook (sold 3 cars on it)

However you will still always get your usual timewaster

ebay doesn't exist, neither do freeads.

souq.com, autotrader, community facebook groups or an advert in spinneys are your only options. neither will have the coverage or reponse rate of dubizle.

having your no. on dubizzle is always a painful few days but it sells fast. that's why they're charging.

Having spoke to the accounts manager for dubizzle we use at work other than the obvious revenue stream it generates they have been getting plagued with scam ads, people duplicating several adverts and loads of other issues so I can see why they are eventually charging. Although I think 200dhs a pop is a bit much.

Cheers guys.

Yeah I think for exposure Dubizzle is the best bet and probably worth paying for, but 200 is a tad steep

apparently there are loads of small time dealers on dubizzle and scamming is rife. the guy on here who works for them who had the z4m wrapped with the corporate scheme did so because it was keyed and tyres slashed by such people.

Why would scammers key and slash tires of a Dubizzle employee???

Probably because they got found out and banned from the site.

We have been attempted hacked several times, heres a link you must follow it blah blah blah and log in to continue use of your account, they try all angles to get access to company accounts. Utter parasites.
