Carrington Glass,Derby

Just been told by my parents,they've booked an appointment for Carrington Glass to come round and give a quote for some new double glazing, They only want 3 windows supplied and fitted.
I'm up in Doncaster so don't really know any firms down that way.I usually try and be there for anything like this,but can't make it this time.
Told my Mum to move it, but she doesn't like messing people about

They're both nearly 80, so don't want the 5 hour pitch and high pressure selling,
Anybody had or heard of any experiance with the company.
Also any good companies around the Toton/Long Eaton area you could recommend.

He is based in Derby but has done work for my in laws in Long Eaton and for me in Derby also and many friends as well, no pressure from Richard unlike Carrington !
