Any one remember this

This car was know as "The Screaming Blot" pictured here at Santa Pod 27th June 1971.The guy driving it was called Chris White. It ran a Ford 4.7 V8. A long shot iknow , does anyone have more info to add.

Found one mention of it on the acceleration archives that mentioned Nick Pettitt who runs http://www.timetraveldvds.co.uk/index.html and is somewhat of an authority on UK drag racing. Might be worth a look through his site or even contacting him.

I knew Chris as he was a neighbour of mine and helped him put together a Lotus 7 in 1970, before he got the TVR Griffith. He was one of the people who got me interested in motorsport. Unfortunately Chris was involved in an accident whilst testing when he was involved in circuit racing, "circa 1973" and died as a result of the injuries he received.
