Anyone else remember seeing these guys (weirdo's)?



I remember being on a carriage in the late 80's - early 90's and two of them got on and it was
one of those times where you think to yourself 'Oh god, don't laugh'

Am i in the minority finding them amusing or did they actually achieve anything?

Yes, I remember them. I saw them on trains a couple of occasions. Had they not been on board, I certainly would have kicked off. yes

IIRC weren't they a new york thing that sort of worked because they had not enough police?

Had no idea they actually existed but I remember Dom Joly taking the mick out of them on Trigger Happy TV.
