Thanks to umair for organising was a good evening and can see why people like the grasshopper thought the food was pretty good as was the mix of cars.
Thought id got there too late traffic at every turn but was worth it.

Great kick off for the GH meets again Umair.
Thanks for organising the event and shame I didn't get a chance to properly catch up with you fella.

Excellent array of cars as per usual, great company and the catering van was definitely a good shout- very tasty.

Looking forward to the next one- glad they're being held here again smile

Me and my pal turned up late-ish but was a nice selection of motors, Shame about that bitter chill from the wind.
Looking forward to the summer meets, they are always spot on at the grasshopper smile

The lambos exit sounded superb!!

Unfortunatly the exit had a nice lake you had to drive through so going for a spirited exit went wrong due to no traction lol smile

Roll on the next!!

A few terrible quality pictures from my phone from last night.
I enjoyed it despite it being freezing.

Sorry i didn't make it, we got stuck in traffic, lost the will to live and went for a curry. We did however empty the restaurant into the car park for a few minutes.

Hi all, sorry for the delay in sharing these! Sorry I didn't get every car, the sun disappears much too early in the nook where the pub lives!

I was in a foul mood when I arrived due to only noticing a fresh dent in my car as I got out at the Grasshopper. Doubt it's a coincidence that it's half term and all the kids are out on the street. Despite this I felt much better after looking at your lovely cars.

If anybody got pics of my MR2 (silver) I would love to see them!

There's a few more in the album but that's most of them. It was a challenging space with just a 50mm lens so thank you to those who gave me a mile of room to get some photos biggrin

Please like my photography page on facebook if you're in to that sort of thing. It will be updated very often now summer is coming!

Thank you to all those that came along...It was a great meet & certainly felt like "the old days".. The atmosphere of the original GH meets was back despite the cold!

Although it was our first meet of the year...Unfortunately it's also our last at the Grasshopper. Due to various reasons which I won't go into publicly here (But many of the old guard at the meets know) we shall be waving goodbye to the GH.

The next meet date is TBC - It will still be on the Surrey/Kent borders, those that will still be wanting to attend please message me. Those that message will get priority for notice of the event before it's publicly posted as it's unclear as to whether the event may be capped on numbers, but if you enjoyed what you saw at the GH & want to be at future meets, drop me a line.

Back to you all soon.

That's a great shame. One of the best venues for car meets.
I have to say it's the burger van that's fked it up. Stealing pub trade I guess the grasshopper has seen it as.

The half pounder I had was a lot better than the overpriced st I got from the pub last time though and the girls were polite and fun, again in contrast to the experience I had with the pub staff.

I can see why they would be unimpressed though.
