Mazda 3 MPS clutch

I'm currently looking at some MK1's and note they are very similar to the Focus. Do they use they same clutch as the Focus that feels light and flimsy?

No. Engine and gearbox is Mazda (although everything on the engine has a FoMoCo stamp, it is a Mazda engine).

I'm running 420-450lbft on stock clutch - that's not normal though, I must be lucky. 400 is the normal limit.
