Solicitor near Manchester - Any recommendations?

Just had an offer on a btl property accepted. Looking to proceed quickly so looking for a good solicitor in Manchester.

Have been recommended JMW - anyone have any recommendations on a good / quick to respond firm in the area?

I have client currently using them, no complaints from him about them.........so far!!

I think they have a decent rep. in the area, heard them mentioned here and there - just wanted some first hand experiences.

And i'll be back in touch about remortgaging this as soon as i can. I'll have to wait 6 months though?

Interesting - was hoping to force a little extra value with a refurb...
