I was listening to LBC yesterday. They were talking about this http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/eight-year-ol... and what is classed as neglect.

Which leads me to this question. Do some people need government interference in their lives to save themselves from themselves? Are some people too incompetent to fend for themselves in life?

We all moan about Health and Safety being so intrusive, but without it's silly rules and namby pambying, there would be more injuries and deaths. How does it interfere in your lives?

When they decided to call him Mungo that should have been the clue to take him into care.
