I only knew her through her TV work but always enjoyed watching her; a very talented actress. I always thought she was the best Miss Marple. Sorry to hear that she's died.

I first remember seeing her in a comedy called Mulberry; with Karl Howman (Jacko from Brushstrokes) It wasn't on for long but I liked it.

Very sad to read of her passing. Unfortunately even though she was a great actress I couldn't take to her as MiSS Marple, always Joan Hickson for me in that role.

I remember watching her in the 2002 film 'The Magdalene Sisters' A bit of a change from her usual roles to say the least.
