Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a window tinker in Surrey at all?

I'm based in Epsom but can travel.

Just looking at the rear window and rear doors on a RR Evoque.

Thanks,

J

There's a guy near Guildford who does Pimps Tints. I've seen his van I think it's something like DLK, but try googling.

Viper Tints are in Surbiton and I know do a fair amount of work for the local dealerships.

Sorry bit late but I would highly recommend http://www.pentagonglasstech.com

I was pointed to them by sytner bmw when I bought a car from them and the tints needed re doing on the rear screen due to damage. Service and quality if the finished "product" was superb. Sytner were paying and their standard rates aren't cheap but I wouldn't hesitate to go back I was so impressed with the professional nature of the workshop (spotless etc)

I had bookmarked these people for when I was considering a 4x4, estate or MPV. biggrin

PS Why just the rear and rear doors? I see a lot of cars like that. Just sets off my OCD. biggrin

Hi all,

Just to update the thread.

I got the car done at Autoshades in Sutton.

Can't fault the work done at all.

B pillar back all done for £200.

Seems like a reasonable price considering the bubble mess I'd make if I attempted to do it myself.

Hoofy,

I did look at the guys you recommended, but they were mobile and (looked to do it outside), apparently the results can be poor with regards to doing outside due to contamination, dust etc.
