2000 Vauxhall Zafira Door Mirror Replacement Help Needed!

Hi all.
I had someone smash my driver's side door mirror when they cut a corner and their mirror hit mine. The person didn't stop!
Anyway, I've purchased a replacement mirror and am trying to fit it.
I've removed three screws from the bottom edge of the door card and another three screws in the area of the inside door pull. I have also "popped" the door card away from the door and that's as far as I've managed to get! The door card appears to be (almost) free from the door itself but I can't seem to free it from where it is held in along the top edge.
Any advice would seriously be appreciated.
