Good value car sprayer wanted, any ideas?

I've got a little mk1 Panda as a snotter but it requires probably a full spray job.
Very little rust believe it or not but it did have some decals of which some have been removed badly, ( some by me! some by previous owners)

Body looks tatty so would like to treat it to a spruce up.

I don't want the full £2k job as the car would never be worth near that, any ideas? Any amateur painters want to earn a few quid?
