M42 J6 ish car spotter !?

In the last 10 days or so every time I head north on the M42 just before J6 there is a mondeo parked on the bridge, boot open with some guy looking through binoculars straight down the motorway, looks very strange. Ay ideas ?

Lorry spotter ? Sad middle aged men with nothing better to do than stand on overbridges. They usually have long lens cameras, not binos.

I had one snap my wagon on the A1 at Durham last week and it's just a fleet spec JLR Scania. Sad fooker
