Probably not the most useful reply as I have no basis for comparison, but mine had Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas fitted when I bought it and I have been impressed with their performance in the dry and greasy/slippery winter conditions. I haven't driven enough in the wet to have an opinion either way.

+1Tuscans feel different, when you change brand/make or size of tyre, mainly under heavy breaking, this is because the scrub rad and KPI are marginal, hence the 3mm spacer can transform some cars
Tyre,s like Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas have an asymmetric tread pattern and if you move the center of its footprint even a few mm it may start to tramline or feel different on the steering wheel under braking
If you are really happy with the car, i would swap like for like
