My misses Fiat 500 needs new timing belt and water pump, would like some recommendations where to take it please

At what point do they need those done?

I've also struggled to find somewhere decent to work on our 500, most of the dealers are bad, even by usualy low dealer standards.

If you're near Derby: I've used McEwans plenty of times when we had Fiats, always pleased with the service.

5 years/ 72k miles for the timing belt unless used in harsh environments and short journeys; then it's 4 years. No mention of waterpump in the service book.

I have a good independent garage I use in Staffordshire moorlands near my parents, but would like to find somewhere closer for smaller jobs.
