Skylines in Preston

I'm on a trip down memory lane here, but some of you from the Preston area might have seen this car and could share the nostalgia trip with me. I lived in Preston briefly, about eight years ago and I always used to see two Nissan Skylines in the area.

There was a silver R33 which was always parked outside Brunel Court, just off Corporation Street. I guess it belonged to someone at the flats. That wasn't so remarkable. The other was somewhat more memorable, being a white R33 with MINE'S decals. I saw it on the roads a few times and had a photo of it (long gone now, sadly, on my old Nokia phone which had a great shot of a white Sierra Cosworth parked outside Windermere police station). Did anyone else see this car? Was it a genuine MINE'S car? Where did it end up?

I remember seeing one always driving around the city center and was usually parked outside the chippy at the bottom of the hill towards Penwortham.

Think it was a yellow R34 though.

hey mate im from preston im a gtr and skyline freak lol i see a silver r33 all the time on london road also a purple r33 lives two streets away from me just off london road ive never seen the white r33 before tho
