As I prepare for the build, I've read through the factory build manual, and a couple build sites. I've got a question concerning sealing/greasing:

What all parts/bolts/bushes should be greased?
So far, the list I have includes front suspension/wishbones, steering column and pedal pivots

What all parts/bolts should NOT be greased?
So far, all I have is the rear rose joint wishbone

Which bolts/fasteners require use of loctite red/loctite blue?

Basically, I want to make a list of these topics, which I will printout and keep with the torque specifications list. That way, I can be sure to not miss any of these...

You have a good starting point with your list. As far as I remember, I have not applied any loctite except for the nuts and bolts securing the steering U joints. Lets wait and see what other owners/builders say and recommend... wink

Bolts holding brake calipers to brackets are Loctited. They're torqued into blind, tapped holes (no nuts), so the Loctite helps assure that they won't back out.

You don't need very much thread lock. It can make removal in the future difficult if you use too much.
