Replace Catalytic Converter - '98 Fiesta 1.25 Zetec S

As the title suggests, I want to replace the cat on my mk4 fiesta myself. I've had a look but i can find anything on google about doing this.

I know the cat is down the back of the engine below the manifold but what I would like to know is how easy to replace is it.

Does anyone have any experience with this and any tips?
