I'm sorry, and I know this doesn't help, but I would move heaven and earth to get that lock replaced before monday, rather than inform a customer his brand new toy is already slightly broken. They have three days to get it fixed. Need a new part, here's an idea, get in a car, drive to Woking and GET A NEW ONE!

Well yes RPM it did cross my mind to loose a barrage to that effect but it does just seem to be one of those things. The sales guy I've been dealing with has been brilliant all the way through and I don't think it's on to give him the full hairdryer treatment when it's clearly out of his control.
I've worked too many hours this week to get a head of steam, I'll see what they say on Monday when I've had some rest and will be feeling a little more combative!

Not a Macca, but I got the Speciale finally and days don't come much better, sunny day, a 100+ miles drive home. I'm still smiling.

Thanks Anjum, after speccing every colour other than red I grabbed one in release spec but with gold wheels. I started to doubt the wheel choice but I absolutely love it.A
I dithered and missed getting my own order in but can't fault the car I've ended up with.
Looks amazing - I'm a huge fan of the gold wheels - not many people have spec'd them here - and I say good!

I'm still waiting for mine which should be week commencing 16th March - and have booked to go to SPA on the following weekend!

Things always look better in the flesh, I think it's pretty natural to have those little doubts about the spec!
Mines got no external carbon, I don't really like too much of it and I prefer the unbroken lines of the car. I'll know if it's the right decision when I see it Thursday morning!
(it's retro-fittable anyway).
