Hi all,

A good friend has decided he wants to build an RS200.

Any good communities to join? reccomenations? build threads? Does anyone know of someone selling a half-built job?

Depends on budget and what is wanted fromt he car

cheapest is an MRS200 MR2-based car from tribute which is a simple cheap build that does the necessary, then you go up the food chain to space frame ones which cost the same for a kit as you can achieve a good tribute build. But you get ford cosworth parts and authenticity, space frame bits instead of a converted car basis... sky's the limit!!

ask on facebook rs200 replicas forum https://www.facebook.com/groups/416123278446952/

I think the main problem at the mo is that no-one is producing replica panels - there may be look-a-like ones with differing dimensions though.
I purchased the last set of pukka panels from RSR (ex Banham panels) near 10 years ago, just as RSR went out of business (I paid for but never received the rear screen and had to puy from another supplier)
