The car makes a hissing noise around 2000 to 3500 RPM on accelerating, sounds rather like a leak on the pressure side. Drives fine, otherwise.
Dealer says 'New turbo', £1,080 please.
So, is £1080 reasonable to replace the turbo - Looks like a replacement turbo is around £250...
