caught this whilst on leave last week mindlessly channel surfing.

he's hilarious. says some stuff you would say yourself and makes for a refreshing change even if there is more than an element of theatre and staging about it.

he was telling a couple last week iirc "love is blind, but stupid lasts forever...." or something like that.

an amusing 40 minutes....

I know someone who went on this (and lost). Apparently ITV cover the costs of the outcome. Makes sense seeing as the person in charge isn't a judge!

I've just got into this, and whilst he is cringingly sarcastic at times, the way he does it certainly gets a few 'lols' from me. Today's surfing dudes trial was excellent.

Woman round the corner went on it

Mobility chair she bought was no good

She used it to ride next to her horses when she was walking them.

Just watching this, you wouldn't tire of punching him but his credentials seem impressive:

mocking the fact that he isn't a judge

I'd look at the link to his profile on his chambers' website which Oakey posted above before mocking the fact that he isn't a judge.

I don't think he is mocking him? Simply stating the guy isn't actually a judge ergo his decisions have no legal standing and you can't force people to pay up hence ITV picking up the costs?

Exactly this.
