There was a 1/43 resin kit of the 95 car released after Cleland won the championship. My father has 1 in he's model stash. I've asked him to dig it out for the manufacture and some photos. I'm guessing finding 1 these days would be akin to finding rocking horse dung...

I spoke to someone a couple of years ago about doing this in 1/18 fully open photo etched parts etc. would have worked out at over €750 so decided against it.

If someone does make a model of the BTTC Cavalier, it will have to feature in a detachable rear bumper as I don't remember John Clelland ever finishing a race with his still attached!!

I remember an in-car shot of Cleland sticking his finger up at someone who'd just cut him up for the lead, and Murray Walker hollering "First! I'm going for first says John Cleland!!!!"
