It is beyond me who is buying these cars at these prices. If I had one, no matter how much I loved it I would be very tempted to sell at what must be a clear £50k upside at this price. Just bonkers - where will it stop?

Why, you can not mean because list was 100k,? it was 30k undervalued to start with. Even at these prices this is still value, in comparison to its counter parts, the 458spz ect.

200k is an easy call, after the 991RS is out..

Although I'm happy about this, that seller has got some front. Thats a very low spec car

That is Bonkers. This is the only VAT Qualifying on the net, so most likely this car will be exported. I think this car will keep on appreciating yet.

Not whilst the 997 GT3 RS is sitting at a similar value...now that is 'bonkers'. It has a way to go...a long way.

The price for both is mental.

However, for owners, long may it continue.

I agree took my 4.0 out last week, tuned round after 2 mile went back and got the 991GT3, the PEC drivers ant wrong when they say the GT3 is 40% above a 4.0.....

Has to track the spz from a price point imminently

I know they said that when I said it was going to 150k just a few months ago.lol..

Whilst I fully expect the 991 RS to be a great car on track, after driving 911s for over 30 years, no hesitation in saying that 991GT3 is the best road going 911 I have ever driven......

I can safely say it's the most boring GT3 I've driven on the road. It might be a different story on the track, but it lacks the depth of other GT3s to keep it interesting at 5/10ths.

Doesn't make it a bad car, but not as good as the previous generations for road use.

Purely a matter of interest.

Where on just about any road, could you use more than 60% of the 991 GT3s ability?

And that's why it's so important for modern sports cars to engage at 5/10ths. Too many are now about Ring times and not about engagement.
