What's this wire?

There are two connectors hanging down in the drivers footwell around the fuse box. Pretty sure the 3 pin one is for laptop connection but not sure about the 2 pin one. Has anyone any ideas please?

3-pin jobbie is pretty certain to be the connection for ecu diagnostics.

IIRC the 2-pin is a random TVR 'thing'. :-0.
