Used car inspections / inspector

Hi, my business partner and I run a car export business.
We provide an inspection and buying service for European petrolheads looking to buy their sports car in the UK.

At the moment, we are inspecting the vehicles ourselves (about 4 a week). Our company is growing and we'd like to outsource this step.

After some research and contacts with existing inspection companies, it seems like hiring could be the better solution. Would someone have any opinion/piece of advice on this question ?
Essentially, where to find the right person ?

Part/ Full time hiring?
Centrally or mobile based?
Where in the UK are you basing yourself?

Well, we are based in London but the cars are located nationwide.
Most of the time, we stay in a 120miles radius around London, although good deals could be made in Scotland / Northern Irland.

We are not too sure about the hiring type yet.
