I would like to see the owners lists properly updated, as I'm sure a lot of owners have sold their S's and moved on without amending their entry,
and new owners may have added to the list even though the car they have purchased may already be on the list, ie some cars are duplicated.
If more & more peeps are coming into the S Club PH fold, then that's great, but I'm not so sure that is the case, with the number of S's that are in existence slowly diminishing.
If you're reading this and haven't updated your entry since 2007 or so, now's the time to do so.
Likewise, if you know the previous owner's entry is still on the list, then please amend it.
Thankyou for your time

I think the mail should come from a forum member who knows the SP,
I'm prepared to cobble together what ever you guys want, but I don't have enough inside info or the content of each entry.

I don't possess the IT skills, but just a PH mail to each PH name on the owners lists as a memory jog to update their entries is all that would be required.
Perhaps in the interim it would be best to split the list into one for S1/S2, and a separate one for S3, as Han ( HvdVeerden ) has suggested.

OK, I enjoy a challenge as long as it's easy
I'll work on the lists, I've already printed them out to help with the SCH2015 organisation.
Absentees shall be noted

Lets say we start with the S1 wiki either you can tell me what to correct or I'll leave it open for you to modify.

First impression is that the owners lists are taking up an awful lot of headspace on the front page.
It was only necessary to split the S3 list from the others. If it's not too much trouble, would it be possible to recombine S1, S1.5 and S2 back into one list? I don't think that the limit on space will be a problem in future with just the S3 list separated.
Second thing is that the amendments and updates will have to come from the owners themselves, hence my asking if there was a way to jog into action those owners who haven't updated their entries for years.
I know of some cars, that have been sold on, but there's no way to tell who the new owner is, or indeed if they are registered on PH.
Thirdly, as long as all the current info has been transferred into the new lists, the original log-jammed S1 to S3 list can be deleted if there are no objections from anybody on here.
Now the recent new owners can enter their details in the relevant place, or ask one of us to do it, preferably somebody who can cut & paste.
I have a hectic schedule this weekend, but I'll have a look on Monday and see if I can sort out a bit of initial housekeeping.
If anyone reading this knows of any inaccuracies on the lists, please tell.
Cheers,
Glen
