Sunday lunch near Bakewell

I'm meeting up with some old school friends on Sunday, we chose Bakewell as it is roughly in the middle of us all geographically and the roads look good, but having never been there I'm a bit clueless on where to go for Sunday lunch. Can anyone recommend anywhere to go, or avoid?

Not really bakwell but try the dog inn at pentrich. Not been in a while but it used to be nice nose bag.

Thanks for the suggestions, however I'd already booked the Peacock in Bakewell.

The Peacock was good, a bit busy but the food was great.
