That might be correct, but I would think, that you block the air stream partly to the rad or at least cause turbulence and/or slower air flow speeds. It would think, that the rad would have a better performance without A/C condenser in front of it.Plus your air leaving the A/C condesner has definately a higher temp than ambient.
Not a fluid mechanics guy though, so happy if someone would correct my if I'm wrong.
