Does anyone have any good condition Pirelli P4000 Super Touring (205/70 ZR15). By good condition I mean no cracks or repairs and a decent amount of tread. My Gordon Keeble came fitted with a pair and I scoured the country a couple of years ago in order to find two more. Since then I've realised I must have got about the last UK stock as they are no longer in production.

Ideally I'd like one or two on the shelf so that I have a spare in case one gets damaged. PM me if you can help.

There is a pair on ebay at the moment, canny distance meaning the postage is a little pricey....

'Cheaponline tyres' lists the p4000 as being available but not sure if the spec is what you're after.

Good look in the search

It is a pain that Pirelli have withdrawn the P4000, it was the only tyre available in my Jaguar's size. I will have to buy new wheels now.

Yeah did see the ones in the US and did wonder about asking if he'd sell just the tyres but his honesty in the ad put me off a bit. For what it woudl cost they would have to be perfect and they sound far from it.

Have emailed cheaptyresonline but I think they're just the standard P4000, not the Super Touring which has a higher speed rating. I'm sure I tried them last time I looked and when I actually wanted to buy they confessed to not having any. If they do have the standard P4000 in stick I think I'd be tempted in a pair, they're the same tread pattern and a far better match, for what I have, than the Vredestein which is the only real alternative.

Thansk for the help.

I use the Blokleys on my Jensen and am very happy with them, i also think they look more period than the Pirellis.
