US show Person of Interest - Any good?

Looking for a show to get my teeth into and came across this.

I like it...

It starts off as a serial, with invdividual episodes and some questionable acting. But once the twisty, turny story arc gets going it really improves (back end of season one onwards).

It definitely feels 'Nolanesque' and Shar is just awesome!

Yeah, both the missus and I enjoy it.

Not 'best ever TV' but enjoyable and entertaining enough.

I caught a couple of episodes on a plane and got the DVD of series 1 off eBay for a few quid.

I think C5 showed the second series and will show series 3 sometime.

I notice they're re-showing Series 1 on USA at the moment, very late Monday night / early Tuesday morning. Annoyed I didn't notice last week, as I don't think I watched it from the very beginning. It's S1 Ep2 this week.

Which usually means they're allowing people to catch up before the next series is aired.

Amy Acker is always worth watching.

As said it takes a few episodes to get going so stick with it until the story arc starts to unwind, then it becomes really good watching.

Justified is also great (honestly Raylan, you're the angriest person I ever met.), Longmire for a bit more drama, less fancy tech but good acting and writing also

It's great. We're awaiting Season 3 at the moment.
Seasons 1 and 2 are on Netflix.

Good TV series - as with all some will like some won't. Good to lose yourself in for 45mins - doesn't overly tax the brain.

US is at the end of season 4 right now.

Moved from the one episode stories to something bigger and darker. I still enjoy this show immensely.
