Hi all, anybody any buying experience with Ancient & Modern Jewellers (iconic watches if you use their internet shop) based in Blackburn?
Fancying adding another watch to the collection & they have a good price, unless anybody knows anywhere cheaper for a brand new Panerai PAM 00088.

Bought my Milgauss 116400GV from them a couple of years ago. I dealt initially via the website, and even managed a bit of discount. Just a little bit though.
The buying experience was excellent, in that I was kept informed of what was happening all the way through, had to pay a 25% deposit to secure the watch and then went to pick it up at a mutually convenient time. They don't have all the watches they advertise in stock, though as mine was it was literally 2 days from start to finish. Ordered on the Wednesday, picked up on the Friday and that was only because I had to work on the Thursday so couldn't make it then.
The shop need notification of your arrival, presumably to have the watch ready for you. Once there it was a no frills operation; show the watch, unpack and examine it, pay the balance and that was it.
All in all a very nice morning, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and one I'd be happy to recommend.
