Seen a few of these for sale lately, for about 150, I seem to remember they were very good.
Worth a punt? They will be driven by a Arcam Delta 290, source Marantz CD52 SE, via Cambridge Audio Dacmagic 2.

Excellent speakers back in the day, still good today, especially with the quality kit you already have, just watch out for foam rot on the bass drive units, easily fixed though....

I still have a pair of 105's (only a single woofer) in my collection and they do sound good.

I also had a pair of 100's for a while and they were impressive too.

I've never heard them, but with all those extra woofers, I bet the 120's must pack a punch in the bass department.

If you can get a pair with good woofer surrounds then go for it at that price!

I bought a pair of the earlier but similar AE109s for a second system some years back - twin 6" woofers rather than the three of the 120's for £70.

For the money, great sound, fantastic build quality and impressive bass output and depth for 6" drivers - highly recommended.

I thought I'd update this.
I didn't find any I liked the look of so I have bought B&W 603 s2 instead.
Picking them up Sunday, buying these blind so I hope they sound ok.

Let us know how you get on with them. I habitually scour ebay for B&W speakers (I'm keen on the 685 s2, purely from the reviews I've read), but I will consider others.

They are very good, played immigrant song and It sounded amazing, I could hear every instrument clearly, put on the Police, acid house anthems, Teddy bears, Heidi Browne, Aha, Tina Turner pretty much everything I've chucked at them sounds good, really clear.
They are a big step up from t g e mission 773i I had previously.
Make sure you get the S2 ones, a big improvement over the S1's.
