Few questions in here, prompted by one of the lines perishing (my guess/assumption) and a standard pre-flight check showing it up (phew)

But let me take bakc any assumption and ask the experts:

1. Am I right in assuming this line is fuel?
2. Resolution A: replace line
3. Resolution B: thoughts on sending her in to have the whole lot replaced?

I don't want to mess about with the fuel lines if they're at end-of-life, so considering doing the lot. Crazy/sensible?

Obviously will talk to the shop... but what other lines should be looking at?

Welcome all thoughts and experiences as ever - cheers chaps - and hope you're out in the sun enjoying the weather more than me!

Yep, that's a fuel hose.
It's the longest one, comes from the bulkhead through the 'v' to the fuel cooler.

Book it in for replacing this line, the rubber one from and aft the fuel pump.
Visual check on the one from the fuel rail to the cooler. Or replace too.
Job done.;)

I would have all the flue lines replaced at the same time... There's a few in the engine bay and don't forget the ones round the fuel pump , there rubber to

Mine split in the rear NS wheel arch betwen the pump and filter. No point in risking it so I've got mine booked in for a full racement set. Reputable TVR garage has said max £500 to sort.

If one is going now, you can be sure the others wont be far behind. Replace them all now and live happy with the peace of mind that your car won't suddenly burst into flames when you are not expecting it.

In true TVR fashion I've been told there are a variety of pipe routes and set ups. From what I've been told and researched I'm hoping nearer £300

Cost me £20 for R9 hose and £20 for fire pyrosil sleeve. Plus my time.

Also cured hot start vaporisation issues.

Had mine custom-made at place in Sheffield
Recommended by Richard at RT
and fitted them myself.
Cost me £23 but I haven't got ac so the pipe is slightly shorter

I will be doing mine as part of my winter project. Yet to remove them but will be taking them to Earls who are in silverstone to make me some up. Hoping to have them done this week.
