BT Infinity - Dongle won't work

My BT USB Wi-Fi Dongle won't work. When I download the drivers I get the below message.

Any way to test if the Dongle itself is duff? Any advice greatly appreciated, thank you.

Can you try it in another PC/Laptop?

Try another usb port. It could be the port isn't providing sufficient power. Ideally plug it straight into the PC and not into a hub.
FYI - you can use the print screen button on your keyboard to take screenshots

Try installing the software before plugging the modem in. A lot of devices now need the software installed before the device is plugged in, check the installation instructions.
