What colour is interchange yellow?

Hopefully not quite as dumb as it sounds - although I have to admit...

Anyway, Mrs DaveR has decided she wants a yellow convertible. Yellow is seemingly more important than One, Cooper or Cooper S - but I might be able to help there

In some pics interchange yellow looks almost like a light citrus metallic and in others it looks like a pastel egg custard. Can anyone shed any light?

It's a tricky colour to capture for sure.

In the sunlight, it's a light citrus-like colour, and when it's dark, it still seems citrus-like, but it looks a lot flatter. A very tricky colour to capture, but I think it looks quite cool. I think the below pictures show the colour quite well in two different lights.










Definitely has more blue in it than Mellow Yellow and Liquid Yellow;

In my opinion is more like a bile green in real life. The other 'real yellows' are a better choice.
