Hi. Not wanting to piggy back somebody elses very similar post earlier so..
Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain the seals for a Lucas L867 front side/indicator lamp unit?
Likewise for the rear stop/tail and reverse light unit FoMoCo manufacture. (Cant find part No', but see attached pic with old seals...
Has anyone tried to make their own versions of these at all if not? I'd have a go but was wondering what material would be suitable. Any help/advice would be most gratefully received.....

I ordered, received and fitted a pair of these gaskets. The chap was really informative with some answers to questions.
The seals fit and stick really well :-) I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking of replacing them.

....further news on these. I asked him if he did any seals for the Lucas L867 front sidelight/repeater unit. He didn't...BUT asked me to send him my knackered ones to pattern and tool up and create some seals for that too! Keep an eye out for them!

L867...There are 3 different versions of gaskets for 3 different lamps manufacturers (ALL L867) plus a rear one, and what you man needs is new gaskets to copy. One version is already being made ..one is a straight sticky back seal...the third is not available. Which one are you looking for.

Hi Adrian.
Urm, I don't know of the variations between the three you refer to.
What should I look out for to distinguish between them?
