Focus Cayo 2.0 2015
Discussion
I'm seriously contemplating one of these as my next road bike.
Does anyone one on here own one?
The only thing that's holding me back is that rear mech.
It looks seriously ugly!!
Given the crankset size 52/36 would it be easy to swap it out to a short or medium cage version?
Any feedback from owners would be appreciated before I head off to the LBS ( its a 60 mile round trip )

There is a review of the disk version in this months Cyclist magazine, that version doesn't get that good a review based primarily on the very heavy OEM wheels that it comes with. The review does state that he bought a rim brake version with Di2 himself previously (last year) so it appears that the non - disk version is good.

I think it's just me but in my eyes this rear mech set up looks so much better:
Perhaps I should just buy the damn thing!! ( if it rides ok )

Would rather stretch the budget a touch and get one of these if it were me:

I have a 2013 Evo 6 and think it's class. Agreed the wheels are upgradable (and my bike is at least 4 steps under where you're looking, but has same wheels)..
My only negative to the one you;re looking at is that it's black, red and white. God knows why the cycling world is so black, red and white. I mean, would a splash of green hurt anyone?

Thats pretty much standard text for most bike mag reviews. 'Good bike, but it would benefit from a wheel upgrade'.Gassing Station | Pedal Powered | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
