Diff and gearbox oil

While the motor is on stands waiting for the wheel bearing and hub to come back I think I renew the diff and gearbox oil.
Its a 2.8 1982 Tasmin, 4 speed box, I was planning on putting in SP 80/90 in both the diff and box, with molyslip in both. 2 litres in the diff, how much in the box?
Is this the right oil?
Would you use molyslip in the box and diff?
How much oil would the box take?
Going to clean it out with the white spirit treatment first.
Bet this has been asked loads, I done a quick search but couldn't see the answer, doh.

Hi Marcus go to the welcome sticky article and.follow the FAQ for technical articles.I am pretty sure the gearbox oil is covered here.

For the diff the first thing you need to find out is whether it is LSD or not.
