Dear heads. As per the thread title, I have a french acquaintance with a poorly TD5 90 LR about 10 years old (so my father in law tells me) The froggy wants to replace the engine, but I'm not so sure it can be serious enough if there isn't a pile of bits sat under it on the auto route, which there aren't.

so, without trying to diagnose whats wrong, has anyone any recommendations for LR indy in south of France. Boozy weekend in the sun for the winner!!

The south of France is a big area!!

Can you narrow it down??

FWIW - I know of one, between Geneva & Chamonix... Land74. The main guy there is a Brit called Mark.

There's Rod Newman of Newman4X4 in Boulieu les Annonay, that's a 3 hour drive from Marseille. I'm not related in any way to this company.
