AV Equipment cabinet ideas needed

I'm working on my cinema room. It's 6.5 m by 4m and I have all the AV equipment but I need something to house it. It will also have me centre as front channel speakers sitting on it as there is a window behind the screen which will make it difficult to get the speakers in the right position.

We have a high gloss piano that will be at the back of the room so I'm thinking a similar finish will tie it all in - however I am also concerned about reflections from the finish detracting from the experience. Also the room will have oak beams and support posts in the not too distant future.

Anyone got any nice examples of what they have done or seen that looks good?

Not a cabinet, but this is what I'm thinking of getting for the snug once we've redone it. This could tie in with your beams as well.

As above, the Ikea Besta range seems the most flexible system available for anything less than silly money. There is so much choice and they have the online planner to work out which bits you need/want. Only problem is you can't buy most of it at the minute! They are re-launching the line in the next 3-4 weeks so you'd have to wait until then to get hold of it. I don't work for Ikea btw, been doing research as we're in a similar position.
